Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026. By using VOXBRIDGE, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and VoxBridge, a subsidiary of On Prime LLC ("VoxBridge," "we," "us") governing access to and use of the VoxBridge platform, including our website, dashboard, REST API, webhooks, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization. By creating an account, you represent that all registration information is accurate and that you will maintain its accuracy.
3. Account registration and security
You are responsible for safeguarding API keys, webhook secrets, and account credentials. Notify us immediately at
of any unauthorized access. You are liable for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws, including telemarketing regulations (TCPA, TSR), privacy laws, and anti-spam rules.
- Place calls without proper consent, Do-Not-Call compliance, and caller ID accuracy.
- Transmit unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Resell the Service without a written reseller agreement.
5. Telephony and compliance
You are solely responsible for obtaining required consents before initiating outbound calls and for complying with all applicable telecommunications regulations in your jurisdiction and the callee's jurisdiction. VoxBridge provides tools but does not provide legal advice.
6. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Overage minutes are charged per our published pricing. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
7. Free tier
The Starter plan includes 30 free minutes on signup. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with reasonable notice. Abuse of the free tier (including multiple accounts per IP) may result in account suspension.
8. Intellectual property
VoxBridge retains all rights in the Service, software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of your data, call content, and agent configurations. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
9. Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers with a signed SLA receive uptime commitments as specified in their order form. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when practicable.
10. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, including subprocessors such as telephony carriers, real-time media infrastructure, cloud hosting, and payment processors. You act as a data controller for end-user data processed through your agents and must have appropriate legal bases and notices in place.
11. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes of the agreement. API keys, pricing, and non-public product information are confidential.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXBRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO VOXBRIDGE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoxBridge from claims arising from your use of the Service, your call content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if uncured within 30 days of written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations of acceptable use or non-payment. Upon termination, your access ceases and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
16. Changes
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
17. Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
VOXBRIDGE may require identity and business verification before activating paid plans, high-volume outbound campaigns, dedicated SIP trunks, or Enterprise features. KYC helps us comply with anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and telecommunications regulations.
You agree to provide accurate organization details, beneficial ownership information, and government-issued identification for authorized representatives when requested. We may suspend or limit Service access until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
Download and complete our Know Your Client form (PDF), then return it to
or your account manager. Additional documentation may be required based on your industry, call volume, or billing method.
